Investment/Development partners have included: RBS, Edinburgh University, Miller, Hermes, Aviva, AMA, O’Callaghan Properties, BBC and AXA.Key Responsibilities:Head of the Grosvenor Developments Scotland and Ireland team based in Edinburgh.Delivering strategic objectives and financial accountability relating to a potential project pipeline over £400m.Reporting and recommending on-going projects and new initiatives to the Grosvenor Board. Securing 3rd party funding and joint venture partners for projects.Acquisition of assets and implementation of business plan strategies.Directing the procurement of technical and construction services for development projects.Leading consultation exercises with local communities and politicians.Directing marketing and sales/asset leasing strategies.Providing confidential consultancy advice to a major banking group on business plan exit strategies.Recent Projects:Redevelopment of a 9 acre former S&N Fountainbridge Brewery site, creating the £250m+ residential led, mixed use Springside project (Edinburgh).Grouss Residential Investment Partnership – 300 units, £70m+ prime residential portfolio.Liffey Valley Shopping Centre in Dublin – 700,000 sq ft retail, residential, office and leisure, plus 30 acres of land.Clonburris, Dublin – 60 acre residential led Strategic Development Zone consented mixed use land.Fife Leisure Park in Dunfermline – 17 acre site producing 18 mixed leisure and retail units.Holyrood Park House, Edinburgh – 50,000 sq ft office building.Edinburgh Technopole (University of Edinburgh Science Park) – 120 acre Science Park
