Business controller for the Swedish unit within SOS International. Part of the Swedish management team. Responsible for monthly management reporting. Partnering with key stakeholders such as Country Director, Commercial and Operations. Working with the full scope of the PnL from supporting the Commercial department in tenders to challenge and follow up on efficiency in Operations.

Responsible for consolidation and coordination of the financial result for the Nordic region for Business Unit Consumer. Consolidate financial estimates and analysis of business trends. Supporting management and sales organization in financial analysis and performance management. Moreover responsible for monthly forecasts and profitabilty analysis.

Responsible for Airline ancillary revenue for TUI Nordic. Driving actions for improvement of sales and profitability, such as pricing and product development, as well as implementing new business, products and partnerships.

Responsible for budget, forecast, pricing and cost control. Led a group wide airline benchmark leading to reduced costs and increased productivity. Moreover forecast of fuel and F/X for hedging. Supporting departments in financial and statistical matters. Engaged as controller for airline ancillary revenue with result analysis and sales data analysis and presentation.

Controller with responsibilty for inventory evaluation, cost control, budget and forecast for the Thin Strip Nyby mill. Sparring partner and controller for the mills Lean program and engaged in a variety of lean and efficiency projects, whereof some as Project manager. Responsible for Risk management including credit control, raw material- and F/X hedging. Member of the Credit control committee of Outokumpu.

Responsible for the accounting, closing and group consolidation of Sveaskog Naturupplevelser. Including month and year-end closing, tax and VAT calculations and intercompany elimination.

Worked on an assignment of Volkswagen aimed to investigate car repair shop costumers attitude to the service they were given. Also, I was involved in an investigation of students attitude towards university education. Worked part time during my studies.
