For GravityLab, I've: - helped the business grow from 3 people to almost 30 - Assisted in becoming a world leading B Corp company (top 10% in the world for 2022). - Implemented modern engineering practices in a Salesforce context, such as setting up a CICD practice for all clients we work with. - Helped develop declarative tools that we've made public, and which are now used by companies such as Coke and Salesforce. - Provided mentoring for the internal team, as well as new Salesforce users trying to get into the ecosystem.
