These include talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, total rewards, learning and development, DEIB and organizational development incorporating multidimensional change management tools. On the HR Operations side, I have led implementation of the full suite of tools including HCM system configurations, domestic and international rewards and payroll administration, plus all ancillary provider data flows supporting world class health and wellness offerings.
