I am a senior lawyer and strategic business partner at Harrison Street, a leading real asset investment firm with over $55 billion in assets under management. I am CIPP/US certified and am a member of the New York and Illinois State Bars.As the Associate General Counsel, I advise Harrison Street on all legal aspects of its domestic and international business, including new products, transaction structuring, acquisitions, dispositions, joint-ventures, fund formation, asset-management, and IP. My responsibilities include supporting both our real estate and infrastructure funds. I have extensive experience in cross-border transactions and strategic corporate initiatives, and I sit on the firm’s ESG committee. I also contribute to the firm’s business strategy and innovation, leveraging my legal expertise and market insights. Prior to joining Harrison Street, I was an associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in New York, where I worked on complex matters.
