Designed and executed a sales & marketing plan that generated over 50 leads in strategic accounts where Convergys had had no presence before 2011 (Telefónica, Santander, Banesto, Orange, and Optimus among them). Grew the sales pipeline from $0 to $1.7M. Developed an indirect channel (non-existent before 2011) with more than 12 partners engaged (none of which had partnered with Convergys before). Signed two Silver Partnerships. Increased Convergys' mindshare in the Spanish market by designing, organizing and being the keynote speaker at an event attended by over 100 prospects and partners.
