Following a successful career with Diageo, I joined the world of executive coaching in early 2001 eventually becoming head of Whitehead Mann’s Leadership Development business before creating my own practice in 2007, coaching senior executives and working with Boards on organisational strategy and general team development.In 2011, I co-founded the School for CEOs with Patrick Macdonald, bringing new and innovative executive education programmes to market.
