Essential Responsibilities and Tasks:- Coordination and running the daily sales report looking for opportunities for new sales, and loss opportunities (at customer and product level).- Bring lost opportunities to the attention of the sales representatives, - Assist with the preparation of monthly sales and marketing communication to be distributed to local Sales Representatives.- Sales support to free up Sales Reps time allowing them more time in the field.- Assist with the management of sales and marketing development effort.- Develop and distribute leads and utilize tools as necessary.- Track all leads distributed by sales representatives.- Prepare and distribute monthly sales reports.- Maintain a system to manage and track each Sales Representatives top sales prospects and make this information available to appropriate personnel.- Responsible for coordinating the forecasting process.- Responsible for the implementation of price increases.- Responsible for increasing margins through price increase procedure.- Responsible for Key Account pricing updates and bids.- Responsible for customer quote updates from Sales Reps- Responsible for new business product pricing and support- Collaboration between departments to resolve customer order issues
