Developed systems interface applications that spanned multiple platforms including MVS, Unix, Solaris, and Windows NT. Part of a 24/7 on call team responsible for resolving data issues with AT&T Billing systems. Any downtime caused delays in bringing up the user interface for the billing system. Systems applications and regression testing, and Lead Tech on a Server crash and recovery project. Project included re-routing of Web Based Front end database calls to a Unix based back end database and data mining system. Re-installation of all Web Server software upon rebuild of the Web server that had hardware failure.
