I am the Senior Enlisted Supervisor for the Headquarters operations for an ordnance and military police organization tasked with worldwide deployment capability, encompassing over 68 Soldiers and 2 civilians. I advise senior leadership on all matters to include logistical, administrative, and operational support, health, moral, welfare, and discipline. I plan and organize individual training to ensure the company’s readiness while overseeing the maintenance program, accountability, and readiness posture of over $37M worth of government equipment.

I provided Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) to 3 companies regarding maintenance readiness. I managed the morale, welfare, safety, and training of 4 junior leaders and 12 employees. I was accounted for over $50M of government equipment and provided schedule / unscheduled maintenance of 80 pieces of rolling stock and 15 pieces of power generation equipment for the company’s motor pool

I trained 4 employees in accordance to organizational and occupational regulations and policies. I also advised leadership and employees on plans and operations in support of the organization’s intelligence missions. I managed the organization’s personnel security, anti-terrorism / force protection, and physical security missions while conducting force protection assessments for all 4 companies ensuring the safety and security of all military members and host nation attendees with zero incidents.
