As the Senior Engineer of the Fine Paper section, I managed a team of 50 responsible for the process optimization and maintenance of 2 fine paper machines & stock preparation, overseeing the mechanical, electrical and automation functions. Responsibilities included preparing & managing annual budgets and the justification of all capital expenditure.Noteworthy projects included the 1997 fine paper machine rebuilds and alkaline sizing and the 1995 PM1 Winder & Supercalendar rebuilds.
