I am an experienced recreation leader, working in the sector since 2013. Significant portions of my experience have been in management of small to medium sized leisure centres, requiring a broad and diverse skill set to successfully manage a variety of staff teams and service offerings with minimal resources and support. I have achieved successful outcomes from the perspectives of community activation and membership acquisition, to financial performance and growth. From a Fitness Specialist perspective, I have gained significant experience in training development and outcomes for many marginalised sectors of the community, not limited to older adults, people living with a disability and people from CALD Communities My current focus is on developing needs based initiatives for key priority groups within a regional LGA setting, delivered with clear outcome based goals in place
