I started my career with a large firm in Los Angeles doing estate planning for high-net-worth individuals, with an emphasis on tax planning. Over time, I began developing the trust and will litigation business for the firm and transitioned from estate planning to trust and will litigation. In 2007, I opened my own solo practice in Corona, California, and then joined forces with my partner, Stewart Albertson. We opened our firm, Albertson & Davidson, LLP, on January 1, 2008. We have grown the firm to five offices across California from San Diego to San Francisco.We fight for abused Trust and Will beneficiaries. When a beneficiary is abused he or she often has no money or information with which to fight for his or her rights. That's where we come in.
