Passionate about diplomacy, language, helping others, and global relations, I’m a BA Hons English Language and Literature (with French) graduate and hold a Master’s degree in Diplomacy and International Relations. My academic journey has provided deep insights into cultural diplomacy, international policies, and the impact of language on global communication.With over nine years of experience in customer service, I’ve developed a solid foundation in effective communication, adaptability, and conflict resolution—skills that were essential in my role with Ireland's Department of Foreign Affairs, where I worked in citizenship and passport entitlement. My customer service background has strengthened my ability to work under pressure, address complex queries, and navigate challenging scenarios with empathy and clarity.As a native English speaker with Scots bilingual fluency and professional fluency in French, I bring an ability to bridge language and cultural gaps in both professional and academic settings. My Erasmus experience also deepened my adaptability and appreciation for multicultural perspectives.
