I have delivered a significant reduction in cyber security threats and risks including successfully increasing quantifiable preventative measures and a reduction in reactive actions to such cyber security threats. I project manage multiple IT Cyber Security projects which cover the full lifecycle from development through to delivery including overseeing all documentation, governance, reporting, and final commissioning. These include Enterprise IDAM (Sailpoint) and PAM (CyberArk) projects. I ensure these security projects align against the Enterprise Strategy which includes emerging IT security risks and threats to ensure protective measures are in place. I develop and deliver a range of projects which includes leading each project team through development, implementation and through to completion. I continually monitor program and project progress which includes reviewing budgets and key milestones on a monthly basis to ensure all key strategic objectives are delivered on time and within budget. In this role I developed and delivered a significant improvement in the digital capability and performance across client reporting, asset management, CRM and Business Intelligence (BI) through consolidating data and utilising data management protocols. I also successfully led the migration of data and the decommissioning of legacy platforms as part of IT program and transformation priorities across a range of related projects. I was the Project and Program Manager for a range of Asset Management systems which included CRM, Business Intelligence (BI) and Client Reporting business areas. I did this through utilising single data sources and enterprise data management protocols. With each project I ensured I managed all project costs accordingly whilst continually seeking and delivering efficiencies. I developed KPIs and management reporting for projects and overall programme performance across the division whilst communicating with stakeholders on performance. I also led and managed change across various functions using digital solutions and Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies to reduce costs and enhance impact of each project. I reviewed the performance of projects as part of the programme governance, identified and managed risks, and ensured projects delivered key milestones and outputs according to the original specification.
