“Is the patient’s experience always what motivates a healthcare provider?” Growing up in a family with multiple generations of care providers, I often heard stories that made me ask myself this question. These conversations created a mission statement for me of improving patients’ experiences and outcomes and ensuring their continued access to care. I lead Mergers & Acquisitions for healthcare businesses to follow this mission.
