• Designed and developed chemical blending systems for developers (TMAH) and HF systems. Shared the technology across all Intel sites globally for the TMAH and BOE blending. Resulting in significant savings up to $42 million per year in raw material for Intel● Managed day to day operations and budget of the Total Chemical Management system & Total Gas Management system teams on site. Managed the team using Maximo work orders and ITP (Interruption To Productions) data bases and quality systems such as PEMs (Proactive Excursion Management) where daily analytical charts are monitored through SPC ++ for trace metals, particles, PH, specific gravity and flow. Assure all procedures in place were to ISO standards and had escalation plans and procedures attached to them● Acted as design lead of all development, design, construction and commissioning for any additions to the high purity bulk chemical and gas systems on site. Followed master design specifications and master design drawings. Developed scope of work and oversaw design from engineering firms as the system owner● Chair of Global Virtual Factory Bulk Chemical and Planner Chemical teams which reviewed and discussed safety, production, quality, and management of these systems. Wrote and reviewed master design specifications and day to day operational procedure to align to ISO standards. Coached and mentored new members to the team. Chair of the Blenders User Group which developed two high accuracy blending units for Litho developer (TMAH) and BOE chemistries (Etch) with accuracy out to the 4th decimal place (+/- .0005%)● Worked as Global Audit Lead for all bulk chemical systems across all of Intel sites.
