Solution Accelerators Provisioning and Operations Team2011-2013 • Developed features for Microsoft Virtual Machine Converter (MVMC) project to convert VMware virtual machines to run under Hyper-V. Over 3000 tests gating checkins with 88% code coverage.• Designed and built a multiple concurrent test pass system as part of our Continuous Integration build system to automate running tests in parallel.• Built up the team infrastructure (standard development platform) to improve onboarding new developers.• Designed and built the Integration Pack for Active Directory in System Center Orchestrator to execute AD commands. The project delivered on time and included 8000+ unit tests with 95% code coverage. After RTW, less than 10 filed bugs in 6 months. Successfully handed over project to the System Center team. Engineering Excellence Compliance Tools Team2007-2011 • Developed features of the Scan Output Manager (SOM) tool to manage output from scanning tools (i.e. Policheck) reporting on compliance of software applications (http://codebox/EEScanning). Focus was on client UI (WPF) and server configuration and deployment.• Developed features of the Quality Essentials tool to replace the CPx tool managing software release compliance against corporate policies. Platform Business Management Tools Team2003-2007 • Developed features of Checkpoint Express (CPx) and Product Roadmap Manager (PRM) to facilitate awareness, tracking, and verification of business policies for externally shipping software• Designed and developed the CheckPoint web application to support phases of the engineering lifecycle during development up to RTM (aka PTS). Feature Inventory Tool (FIT) was a tightly-related application utilized by the Windows organization to manage component dependencies.• Designed, developed, and maintained Dealpoint (Web and Click-Once application) to manage 3rd Party licensing deals at Microsoft.

Microsoft Corporation 2001-2003 • Architected, designed, developed and maintained internal Microsoft website to enable comprehensive lifecycle management of 3rd party company contracts (Dealpoint). • Developed Phase Tracking System (NetPTS) to manage engineering workflow process for Windows engineering group. Center for Information Services (Washington State)2000-2001 • Joint venture with Microsoft Consulting Services to design and develop a pilot data warehouse of limited Student Enrollment data for the Community Colleges of Washington State. Washington Schools Information Processing Cooperative (WSIPC)2000 • Designed and developed a data warehouse solution to aid in the analysis of student assessment test scores.
