In addition, he has been approved by the United States Department of Veteran Affairs to represent claimants’ appeals of the denial of applications for veteran’s benefits. His experience also includes corporate, estates and trusts, real estate transactions and public service law as the Executive Director & Senior Attorney at the Legal Aid Society of Hartford County. He is also a Trustee of Premier Health Care/National Institute of People with Developmental Disabilities and serves as a Trustee and Secretary of The National Alliance on Mental Health—NYC Metro Chapter. David has been a frequent contributor to chapters and articles in Employee Benefits Law, Employee Benefits Handbook, Health Care Benefits Law and the Journal of Compensation and Benefits.
