David led the finance team, transactions, banking, bonding, and had oversight of various corporate functions and initiatives.David holds an ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors and has served as a board member of several significant private companies involved in waste management, construction and the manufacturing of oil & gas products. David also holds a CPA - Chartered Accountant designation and a Chartered Business Valuator designation.
