I oversaw all aspects of asset creation (film, video, writing, art) for the industry leading broadband e-learning company starting with their initial product. I had budget responsibility for departments with total annual expenditures (internal and external) of 10 million. I managed offices in multiple cities, with union contracts (DGA, SAG, WGA, ATRA) from Hollywood to Silicon Valley.

EntertainNet was an Idealabs startup that created a digital distribution platform for both the content we created and aggregated. Produced content for major studios, Universal, Sony and large brands as partners, Amazon, I-ski, Guthy Renker, Williams International. Cutting edge technology ahead of its time that allowed the audience to "pull" the content they were interested in, while we mined the data and used metrics to support our brand partners in the creation of in-stream content marketing opportunities. I was part of the physical production team that created Flash Traffic and Silent Steel, a high production value, dynamic live-action movie game that sold over 4 million copies and has the distinction of being the first-ever release of a DVD-ROM entertainment title. This was my introduction to video based interactive story telling through a simulation engine.
