Leadership involved coordinating efforts to make sure all the moving parts stay moving and the non-moving parts stay still and people occasionally go on vacation and get training in new technologies as HP continues developing the best-product strategy for backup delivery. Worked on Balanced Scorecard and Strategic Theme development for deployment of metrics to identify and present trends and targets for initiatives for team growth and division success.

Worked with Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM) and HP Data Protector (HPDP) with a broad range of back-end storage solutions to provide large enterprise-class backup solutions for dedicated accounts in the private and public sectors, including initial configuration and solution design, automation strategies, realignment, reprovisioning, and solution transition guidance towards the HP best-product strategy for backup delivery.
