I lead my team through recruiting great engineers, setting up a repeatable and performant process and managing requests, development and quality. Now, we regularly ship updates and new products that are intuitive to use and enable the world's leading scientists to further their research.While at Axion our team has grown, the suite of products has grown and more importantly the application and uses of our technology has grown. People are using our products to study everything from cancer, to cell-based therapies to COVID and then some.

I led a multi-site / multi-national team in the design and deployment of custom software for a major telecommunications / cable company. Our work was some of the first online / remote control and cloud DVRs available.(And then Cisco bought NDS)

I worked alongside some of the most talented and driven people I've known to create something new and awesome.ClickFox's flagship product allowed you to view how customers interacted with your website or IVR (automated voice system, like when you call your bank) so you could optimize it and help them get what they wanted quicker and easier.In addition to desktop Java development, I designed and built a web application (Java, JSP/Servlets) to aggregate and view data over time to give administrators an accurate picture of how their system was performing and how customers were using it.
