English as a Second Language Teacher at EF Ningbo, Yuyao and Cixi. Responsibilities include creating engaging, high energy lessons with functional language aims. Classes range from 10-12 students aged between 3 - 17 years old. In this position I am required to create high quality, engaging lessons using the EF Curriculum, digital media and physical materials. In this role I participated in the EF National Academic Development Program, gained all TKT qualifications and completed Senior Teacher Training. I advanced in this role to a regional level, becoming the Life Club coordinator for eight EF Centers across EF Ningbo, Yuyao and Cixi. In this position I created observation procedures, aligned Life Club curriculum and delivered additional training to teachers.

Regional Recruitment Coordinator for EF Ningbo, Yuyao and Cixi. Responsibilities include: - Review CV's of applicants seeking employment as International or Local Teachers - Interview applicants - Follow up communication and document collection to support visa applications - Assist HR department in obtaining legal Z-Visas for all teachers - On boarding and training for new teachers upon arrival in ChinaAdditional responsibilities: - Manage EF Ningbo, Yuyao and Cixi Social media accounts, including creation of new content and relevant EF media - Management of the EF Social Media Team, responsible for generating new content and supporting the EF Mentor program.- Pre-arrival Training for waiting candidates (online TEFL Workshops) - Support HR staff with communication with International teachers regarding visa applications, processes and exit interviews- Sourcing new recruitment channels within China and Internationally.- Projects to evaluate effectiveness of recruitment channels, success criteria and applicant tracking - Multicultural workplace training for new teachers as part of the City Wide Induction Program.

Seasonal Park Bird Keeper at ZSL Whipsnade Zoo. Experience working with collection of over 400 birds, including penguins, owls, water fowl and psittacine species. This section of the zoo focused on Asian bird species including hornbills and cranes. Duties included preparing specialist diets, enclosure maintenance, monitoring breeding and rearing chicks and public displays/ educational tours.
