Resulted in a material cost savings of $800K per year, in addition to a 75% reduction in lead time.*Redesigned and developed written documentation of purchasing processes and procedures, created training manuals, and provided individual and group training sessions for cross functional teams. *Transitioned team through acquisitions and on-boarding of new team members from previous company structures

*Support over 150 manufacturing sites to grow sales by product innovation and competitive pricing.*Responded to purchasing requisitions in a timely manner, ensuring proper delivery of the right products to the right plant at the right time.*Expert level data mining using database system, followed by detailed analysis and manipulation in Excel to identify business trends, develop strategy, and monitor results.*Reviewed, approved invoices for 150 plants.
