I am a dedicated professional broker who specializes in Farm, Condo & Construction insurance. I can write a multitude of risks, but my areas of expertise are Condominiums and Farm insurance. They are the only areas of commercial insurance that have the owners personal home included. It is an important distinction and requires a more astute understanding and due attention. Farm insurance is where I started in the industry, doing farm inspections and reviews with the Cooperators. Sitting at the kitchen table is where you need to know the industry, the insurance products and most importantly understand the client and their needs. Condominiums Corporations are evolving to meet the requirements of the new legislation and marketplace. Having worked as a stakeholder in the review that led to the changes in the Act, I have the knowledge to assist board members and property managers with all of their insurance needs.
