Implemented Visa VTA as first mover outside and inside saving over $1 million in annual chargeback costs. 2018 accomplishments included negotiation and implementation of debit processing incentive agreements with a corporate processor and six debit networks worth $2 million in annual savings.◾ Pioneered development of real time merchant alerting system with a vendor partner covering 10 processing servers and 20+ interfaces 2015-2017. Once implemented it informed host processors of their issues before they were aware. ◾ Led PFJ implementation of inside P2PE and Tokenization as a first in the Petroleum industry in 2015/2016. Directed PFJ inside EMV solution implementation in 2017 – ongoing refinements decreased transaction processing time from 10-12 to 5-6 seconds in 2018.◾ Improved existing relationships or partnerships with every PFJ vendor partner, card brand, processor bank and industry peers. Managed corporate relationships and negotiated operations agreements with ACI, BAMS, Visa, Amex, Discover, Mastercard, and debit networks.
