Built the business from idea stage to NASDAQ listing (SLE) and beyond. As CPO, responsible for all product lines, technology, and event operations. Member of the Board of Directors since company inception. Participated in various M&A activities including whole business integration and individually handled end-to-end the sale of a significant business unit. Negotiated contracts, ensured regulatory compliance, oversaw the patent portfolio, and partnered with in-house counsel on most legal aspects of our business.

rbidr was a media and technology startup that earned $5M in revenue over a 5 year period working in close partnership with Kinetic Worldwide, an agency of the media giant, WPP. The company built several products for WPP, and successfully developed a wide array of intellectual property, including 3 issued patents. The company was advised by an all-star team of experienced business and technology professionals and saw rapid growth. In addition to the IP, the company executed incredibly well-designed bleeding edge cloud-based software solutions. As founder and CEO, I built this company from the ground up and oversaw all aspects of design, development, administration and product marketing.

Successful engagements as management consultant at various Fortune 500 companies providing complex project management, PMO, software design, functionality definition, 3rd party software integration and migration, enterprise content management, data management and systems-based regulatory compliance.

Acted as a program and project manager of large-scale software development and integration projects. Was extremely successful during my tenure at DB in delivering quantifiable business value to my internal customers via product definition and delivery. I oversaw a variety of complex change management projects, the most significant of which converted the bank from a manual credit approval process to fully automated, electronic one. Other projects included highly integrated content management and customer relationship management systems as well as automation around new account opening and client onboarding. I was promoted to Director in 2006 and became responsible for the global client reference data project which instituted a single source of client meta-data throughout the institution. In my final role before leaving to start my own company, I was the head of support, analysis and key performance indicators for the Global Banking IT organization.

Hired to monetize the streaming media portal: CoolCast. Had P/L responsibility for the division and established advertising insertion technology and overall, satellite distribution-integrated streaming media infrastructure. Ran operations, oversaw all applications development, developed and maintained the strategic roadmap.

Hired as the Executive Producer of Gateway.com where I oversaw all design, development and operations for one of the most successful and pioneering ecommerce sites in the world at the time. Was promoted to Director and oversaw an application support team of more than 25. Became the Director of Product Management Group where I oversaw a team of 20 project managers and business analysts in the ecommerce group.

Developed and managed the Gantt chart for various projects and was responsible for all the assigned resources, managing the budget and ensuring final delivery. Also served as the account manager for various clients with end-to-end agency responsibility for all projects.

Worked on various real estate litigation cases. Wrote court-filed briefs and memoranda. Handled real estate closings. Participated in depositions. Made court appearances including oral arguments.

Feasibility study stage UNDP program for Northeast Asia. Participant governments were Russia, China, North Korea, South Korea and Mongolia. Program contemplated trade development along the Tumen River and expanding Northeast Asian trade. In this role, I traveled to Beijing, Seoul and Moscow.
