FAIRVIEW.ORG SITE MIGRATION (Sitecore Platform)I serve as the strategist, business leader liaison, and vendor manager for a major site redesign and transfer to SiteCore, a project that includes multiple ancillary site migrations. The project involves the strategic analysis and migration of all current content and connections to third party tools.MHEALTH.ORG SITE BUILD (Sitecore Platform)I served as a member of the digital team leading the build of MHealth.org (launched February 1, 2016). The site brought together five legacy sites from two organizations during a time of complex business operations. As a member of Fairview system marketing team, was accountable for developing, implementing and measuring the effectiveness of interactive marketing plans and strategic oversight of web marketing relationships with key Fairview affiliated partners, including Ebenezer, Fairview Physician Associates, and Fairview Pharmacy.Worked closely with business leadership to plan and manage systemwide e-marketing, customer relationship management (CRM) and Fairview Range collaborative initiatives. Employed knowledge and experience in Web and Interactive marketing, overall marketing strategy, written and electronic communications and brand standards.

Champion for promotion of multiple Senior Service lines, including Home Care and Hospice.Serves as appointed Web Lead, managing Fairview.org content and working as liason between web programmers and marketing team. Leads social media presence, including engagement campaigns and Facebook paid advertising.Manages integrated plans focused on consumer acquisition and growth, including print, web, radio, television, outdoor, direct mail, social media, and consumer events. Identifies opportunities for process improvement and enhanced campaign tracking.This role includes writing, media relations, community relations, video production and coordinating events.

Responsible for working with Culligan Corporate Marketing and franchise dealers to create and support the implementation of co-op, national, and local advertising programs.Worked with the agency’s largest account, forging new and lasting relationships with over 400 franchise dealers and corporate managers. Organized and led an average of 75 client meetings per year.Implemented all marketing aspects for main client.
