I have collaborated on the design and managed the creative effort for mixed-use and mixed-income buildings, senior living communities and award-winning redevelopment projects in cities across the county including Seattle, Philadelphia, Baltimore, and Washington DC, completing multiple HOPE VI communities and well over twenty projects funded with low-income housing tax credits in seven different states. My senior living experience includes assisted-living and skilled nursing care-enhanced facilities and “flag-ship” CCRCs for leading senior living providers.
