Creating a converged Azure Monitor product from App Insights, Log Analytics, Azure Alerts, and other monitoring tools. This shipped at Ignite 2018 to a strongly positive customer response. Personally led the design and customer development of the Azure Monitor for Resource Groups feature, and collaborated with a dozen others to create the UI and information architecture of Azure Monitor all-up.2. Adding user behavior analytics features to App Insights. Led the design and customer development for the Users, Sessions, Events, User Flows, Cohorts, Retention, Funnels, and Impact features. Shipped at Build 2017 with weekly evolution and new features afterwards.Partnered with one of the largest Azure (Monitor) customers to support their monitoring modernization journey. Met weekly with this customer for more than a year to answer questions and learn from their progress, in partnership with the Azure customer success team.Designed and shipped Application Insights and HockeyApp features for Visual Studio.Contributed to the overall effectiveness and cohesion of the Azure Monitor team. Frequently shared new conceptual frameworks for monitoring to encourage better team organization and more efficient product design. Led-by-example in using telemetry to make decisions, creating shared dashboards of objectives and key results, and sharing the monthly progress of my crew.
