I supported the CHRO in London HQ during the carveout of independent business units from the parent Group leading various fast paced projects. I was subsequently also asked to be HRD for one of the Divisions (Laird Thermal Systems) (10 Countries) and help them establish as an independent business. I have since relished leading the People agenda for a thriving and rapidly growing global SME with complex change agenda. In 2021 we were sold onto another PE firm Bregal International and we continue to grow top and bottom line double digit % annually.

The Org design of PC cost £50m and took 18 months.
