I have since relished leading the People agenda for a thriving and rapidly growing global SME with complex change agenda. In 2021 we were sold onto another PE firm Bregal International and we continue to grow top and bottom line double digit % annually. -

Od ManagerBae Systems Jan 2018 - May 2018Barrow-In-FurnessInterim consulting assignment.I designed and managed the transition to implementation of the new Org Design of Programme Controls for the whole submarine build programme. The Org design of PC cost £50m and took 18 months. This included Programme Controls for the Astute class of nuclear powered submarines as well as Dreadnought, which is the replacement programme for the Royal Navy’s Trident missile Vanguard Class submarines which form the UK’s nuclear deterrent. My work involved org design, change management and HR implementation of design. I simplified and accelerated the change implementation process saving valuable resources. -
