I started my SAP career 5 years ago, so a bit later than the introduction of S/4HANA. Logically, my focus has thus been on S/4HANA, but I have also gained knowledge about the ECC version of SAP throughout the years.A good portion of my SAP experience comes from being involved, and eventually being the lead consultant, in a greenfield S/4HANA end-to-end implementation and the following rollouts. Besides the hard skills that come with an implementation, such as configuration and integration experience, I have also gained a lot of soft skills related experiences by giving workshops, demonstrations, training sessions, general discussions, and communications. All of these experiences have made me a well-rounded consultant.To further my skills and experiences, I am involved in the SOA People Academy as both a trainer and mentor.
