Transferred to IAG following their acquisition of Wesfarmers Insurance. Responsible for the delivery of multiple software development and infrastructure projects, sometimes running concurrently and across multiple teams within a large, complex organization.Managed all aspects of the SDLC within both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Key achievements include:• Involved in the implementation of agile principles across the organization. Promoted internally. Position requires Business Analyst and Project Management work associated with rolling out a new piece of end-to-end web-based Insurance Solution across Australia. Responsibilities include:* Defining the requirements for all areas of the system prior to their submission to the vendor* Managing all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, co-ordinating between internal staff and a 3rd party vendor (who is developing the software)* Developing and executing test plans for different areas of the system as they are delivered* Developing complex Excel based premium calculators for use throughout the department (and during UAT)* Providing general technical backup / maintenance for all electronic systems used by the department

Began on the IT Helpdesk providing onsite and remote suppot to over 300 staff.In November 2006, I was promoted to IT Business Analayst. Position involved the co-ordination of many IT projects throughout Australia and New Zealand.I liaised with internal developers and other internal departments to develop product specifications, project plans, test plans etc, and then ensure the projects were developed, tested and delivered on time and within budget.
