Graduate of Texas A&M University (College Station) with a BS in Petroleum Engineering with 20+ years of experience in reservoir engineering, including extensive exposure to production, drilling, completion and geological engineering disciplines.Currently I am working as Principal Engineer at Energy Transfer Partners in our Underground Storage group here in Houston.In 2017 and early 2018 consulted various gas storage operators through RCP and, to a lessor extent, through SRS, focusing on new US federal rules effective in January ‘18. I conducted risk assessments and due diligence to determine wellbore, reservoir and cavern integrity.From 2013-16 I was Staff Reservoir Engineer for the Altamont asset team at EP Energy (EPE). Altamont is an oilfield in the Uinta Basin in Duchesne and Uinta Counties, UT. I was project lead for the multidisciplinary team of engineers, geologists and landmen focused on recoms and workovers. From 2010-13 I was in EPE’s corporate reserves group as a Senior and Staff engineer, concentrating primarilly on Altamont, Gillette Field in Wyoming, and various fields in NW Louisiana, including Haynesville. Prior to the KMI/El Paso merger I had transferred from downstream/midstream to El Paso’s E&P division from Tennessee Gas Pipeline (TGP) where I worked in gas storage for El Paso.For the 15 years prior to that I worked as a reservoir engineer in gas storage for several pipelines including TGP, NGPL, KM Texas, and ANR. I performed reservoir, production, drilling, completion and field management/inventory tasks at Hebron, Ellisburg and Harrison Fields (Oriskany and Onondaga) in PA, at Colden Field (Medina) in NY, Sayre Field (Brown Dolomite/Hugoton) in OK. I assisted and apprenticed for other engineers in several other storage fields in IL, IA, TX, MS, LA and MI.
