Managed the P&L of a $150 million annual budget business unit which included the purchasing, sales, production and logistics of steel coil, sheet, plate and fabricated parts across 12 states and between multiple facilities within the business unit and other divisions. Supervised the safety, well-being, and KPIs of up to 200 employees including outside sales, warehouse operators, truck drivers and other business functions.

Supervised and managed the safety and well-being of more than 100 employees across two shifts, five days a week; the quality, production and delivery of steel coil, sheet, plate and fabricated parts; the maintenance and operation of over $27 million of equipment; and managed a $15 million annual budget in payroll, maintenance, training and distribution.

Supervised and managed the training, accountability, safety, morale, maintenance, and well-being of up to 105 soldiers, their families, and over $36 million of equipment.

Planned and synchronized battalion resources, published and coordinated operations plans with internal and external organizations, and supervised battalion training activities to ensure battalion mission readiness for worldwide deployments.

Planned and coordinated with an Iraqi security corps, which included 3 divisions, 24 police stations, 36,000 security assistance personnel, and 7,000 emergency response personnel, for the US forces in all joint operations and missions in western Baghdad, while conducting combat patrols as an advisor and consultant for the Iraqi security forces.

Managed and supervised battalion maintenance operations on over 2,000 separate pieces of equipment valued at over $80 million with a budget of $400,000 annually and battalion vehicular movements and deployments with EU and US customs. Coordinated and implemented battalion hazardous waste programs with US and EU environmental agencies.

Planned and synchronized battery resources, coordinated operations with internal and external organizations, and supervised battery training, supply, and maintenance activities to ensure battery mission readiness for worldwide deployments.

Supervised and managed the training, accountability, safety, morale, maintenance, and well-being of up to 35 soldiers, their families, and $12 million of equipment.
