I love the outdoors, a natural escape to working behind a screen so anything involving, gardening, skiing, sailing and mountain biking are all positives, some of which I've done to raise funds for local charities. I have been working in the Lloyd's and London (re) insurance markets since the 1970's. It has provided me with an amazing depth of knowledge, experience and some would say expertise although I learn something new everyday! We are a UK and EU based Lloyd's (Re)Insurance providers of Underwriting, Brokerage and Management Services solutions all regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and the Central Bank of Ireland. We are both Lloyd's Brokers and Lloyd's Coverholders too.My roles include various senior management positions focused at the client and market ends of the spectrum with a keen eye on business generation and retention. While I am joining the older generation my love of new ideas, products and distribution remains as keen as ever. All facets of insurtech, artificial intelligence, parametric along with all new technology driven insurance solutions remain close to my heart.
