I bring a wealth of international experience in product management and user experience (UX) within technically complex online environments, in both large and small teams. Over the last 18 years, I have taken the lead product role in 6 early-stage companies and built the product team and product management function. During that time, I have launched 11 products covering search, analytics, machine learning, content optimisation, conversion rate optimisation, self service, workflow management, data mining, social media, APIs, customer experience, employee experience and payments.
