As President of Solar Direct Marketing and CRO of Connection Holdings, David oversees all lead generation and outbound call campaigns. David's team successfully manages campaigns for dozens of top companies in the following verticals: Solar, De-Regulated Energy, Home Improvement, Health Insurance/Medicare, Debt Relief, Home Warranty, and others. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Call Center Operations for Utility Partners of America where David oversaw performance calling campaigns and helped win contracts and manage campaigns for leading Multi Billion Dollar Energy Utilities such as Duke Energy, So-Cal Gas and Electric (Sempra Energy), CPS Energy, and The Cleveland Water Department. The Call Center at UPA grew from 4 agents to 200 agents within 18 months under his leadership. In addition, he served as Director of Customer Service for Affinity/Educational Direct and was instrumental in growing Affinity from a pure start-up to the 3rd largest Federal Student Loan consolidation company in the US with over $5.5 billion in loan originations. David's roots are in the financial industry, with initial work experience as a proprietary equities trader for a boutique hedge fund, Triton Global as well as a Fixed Income Portfolio Manager for leading broker dealer, RBC Dain Rauscher where experience consisted of managing Institutional Fixed Income Portfolios for Banks that ranged from $2 million in assets to $750 Million in Assets.
