David is the founder and President of Stone Capital Advisors LLC (“SCA”), a New York based financial advisory firm with offices in Sarasota, Florida. SCA provides investment banking and marketing services to small and middle market companies as well as to entrepreneurs and is uniquely positioned to represent its clients through its extensive network of investors, corporations, law and accounting firms, and successful businessmen.SCA focuses on assisting its clients with the identification and development of strategic objectives that could result in a merger, acquisition, sale, financing, restructuring or similar transactions. Over the past ten years, SCA has participated in transactions with a combined valuation of over $800 million representing both buyers and sellers in numerous merger, acquisition and financing transactions. In addition, SCA has represented companies to develop and execute marketing strategies offering professional services. For the past five years SCA also has had a joint venture with the principles of a hedge fund to develop structured finance strategies to acquire real estate assets..Prior to founding Stone Capital Advisors in 1991, David was a National Partner, Corporate Finance in Deloitte & Touche’s New York office, where his major activities concentrated on the firm’s merger and acquisition services.
