Reporting directly to the Sr. VP of Content Marketing/SEO/Social services, my responsibilities included overseeing the SEO fulfilment team which is comprised of strategists, analysts, copywriters, and vendors. With up to 4 direct senior reports and a larger team of 20 reports, my team as a whole managed over 38 client accounts and more than 5 million in annual SEO revenue. Some of my responsibilities included: team innovation, training and development, talent acquisition, project management, client strategy for new/existing SEO clients, content strategy, and CROIn addition to my day to day management responsibilities and as a member of the leadership team, I directly worked to establish departmental policies, standard operating procedures, best practices, service offerings, training guides, employee/client onboarding material and the development of the SEO/Content Marketing practice as a whole.
