David Stritch is a leader and founder with over 20 years commercial experience in the Australian career management, psychological consulting and recruitment industries. He holds an Honours psychology degree from the University of Western Australia, and completed his doctoral degree in organisational psychology (DPsych) at Murdoch University in 2010, where his dissertation was on emotional intelligence. David was the first Australian to be accredited in the Mayer-Salovey-Caruso model of emotional intelligence and its workplace applications, and has been described by Dr. David Caruso, co-author of the MSCEIT, as Western Australia’s foremost authority on the ability model of emotional intelligence and one of Australia’s leading experts. David has considerable experience managing and coordinating psychologists to deliver high quality business solutions and extensive experience in performance coaching individuals and teams. David also has substantial experience in the areas of psychometric testing, corporate workshop design and delivery, and site managing large outplacement and career management initiatives. Earlier in his career David became one of the youngest Account Managers with Waite Consulting Group (Melbourne), and project managed large recruitment contracts for Telstra in WA and Darwin.
