Involved in new car development from clay model to dealership for Honda and Acura vehicles. Main focus on exterior areas of the vehicle including doors and sunroof. Experience with CAE simulation techniques in predicting real world system performance.

Responsible for coordinating and communicating vehicle development activities for 3 engineering departments for a sedan vehicle.

• Supported new model start-up of the 2009 Acura TL• Worked with suppliers to improve part quality for mass production• Created and implemented counter-measures related to unwanted rattles/squeaks/wind noise on the sunroof assembly.

• Designed and implemented a web site utilizing Microsoft SharePoint that allows for improved communication and sharing of ergonomics information between Honda plants around the world• Documented and assessed ergonomic issues at the plant floor

Developed an internet portal for all school administrative purposes. Made use of mySQL relational databases to manage all student records(Grades, Class Attendance, Medical, Building Schedule, Teacher lesson-plans, etc) information electronically. Portal modules developed include:-Lesson plan management system to ensure compliance with State of Ohio education standards and benchmarks and provide easy access of homework assignment information to students and parents.-Medical management system to manage all aspects of student health information including allergies, medications, and nurse visits.-Building management system to manage room and facility use and availability.-Student information database to manage all student information including parental contact information, grades, special education needs, and class schedules.-Attendance record database. Empowered the attendance official to track attendance easily over time and take disciplinary action if needed.
