I help healthcare and other organizations improve performance by leveraging service management best practices. My work mainly involves organizational change, and process development/improvement. For the past five years, I've centered on the development of service management programs and support organizations for hospital networks. Much of my work has focused on enabling healthcare systems to improve service quality and achieve hoped-for economies of scale as they continue to grow rapidly and increase in complexity.Recent projects have included build-out of support processes, ServiceNow implementations, CPOE/EMR (mainly Epic) implementation, clinical workflow and systems optimization, capacity management, service definition, and program planning.In addition to my recent focus in healthcare, I have more than 15 years of team leadership and project delivery experience with clients of all sizes in a variety of industries.
