Formed and maintained Cross Functional Teams in support of safety and the environment. Improved safety through training, PPE evaluations, PPE usage training, and hazard awareness.Major Projects Completed include: $30-Million Dollar Plant Expansion Project including the Installation of 3-Large Fagor Presses. Project involved preparing the facility to more than double its size by adding 120,000 sq. ft. to the facility and a High Bay Space with a 58-foot ceiling. Project also required a new press line with under conveyor and large press pit. Rigging and transportation as well as installation of (2) 2900-Ton Large Transfer Presses and (1) 1000-Ton Blanking Press.$4.5-Million Dollar Hot Stamping Line facility preparations with press pit, utilities, building modifications and return conveyor system. Project also included equipment delivery and rigging as well as installation of all equipment. (Note this project required connects to process gases, electric, cooling water supply and return, compressed air, and other special needs such as fabrication work and Mezzanines.$700,000 New water saving 850-Ton Closed Loop Water System with 600-Tons of Chiller capacity. NOTE: Produced major utility savings of nearly a quarter Million($) annually with under a 3-Year Payback!
