I had the privilege of collaborating with Vishay, where I partnered with Alexandra, the HR Coordinator, to design and implement tailored English language courses for the employees. Together, we set clear objectives to enhance the English proficiency of the company's employees.I took a personalized approach to ensure the courses met Vishay's specific needs. I divided the employees into two groups, carefully crafting a comprehensive 10-week intermediate-level curriculum delivered via Zoom.I'm delighted to report that the results were outstanding. The participants showed remarkable progress in their English language skills and, most importantly, gained a significant boost in their confidence. In my role as a Language Instructor, I have assessed and guided the language development of over 30 employees, effectively grouping them based on their proficiency levels. Currently, I am leading two engaging courses—one online and one via Zoom—with approximately 8 students in each group.My courses are carefully crafted to cover essential aspects of language learning, including Grammar, Speaking, Vocabulary Development, and Business English. I provide students with comprehensive materials that support their learning journey. Moreover, I offer ongoing support outside of the classroom to ensure their progress and address any questions or challenges they may encounter.It brings me great joy to see the enthusiasm and enjoyment of the groups currently participating in the courses. Courses deal with a variety topics such as emails, sales, marketing, finance and more. I am overjoyed to share my proudest accomplishment as an educator at Carelon. Working with three small groups of 4 students each was an incredible experience and I am grateful to Carelon for entrusting me with such a responsibility. My approach involved a comprehensive level assessment followed by grouping the students into their appropriate levels. The 20 lessons in each group were filled with growth and discovery, and the added personal touch of one-on-one meetings every three weeks only further emphasized the students' progress. The students' satisfaction, confirmed through a quick review with each group, was the cherry on top. Teaching at Carelon has been a fulfilling journey and I am honored to have been a part of these students' growth and success.I also give one on ones lesson via Zoom to develop the employees confidence in everyday work life English.
