Served as the Chief Operating Officer in an emerging franchisor brand in the EMS, Electrical Muscle Stimulation, fitness technology space. Products services included in studio EMS Training, EMS Sculpt and Infrared Therapy sessions as well as retail, apparel and EMS Portable systems for physical therapy. General management role assisting Founder in building the executive team, processes, and brand with goal of scaling throughout the US via a franchise model.

Led large scale, corporate retail operating division at FedEx with over 1000 FedEx Office Print and Ship Centers. Division included 5 regional offices, 65 district offices and over 7000 team members.

Led FedEx operating region that included over 200 FedEx Office Print and Ship Centers in the Southeast US. Region encompassed 15 district offices and over 1000 team members.

Led operating region of FedEx that consisted of over 150 FedEx Office Print and Ship Centers in the Northwest US. Region included 12 district offices and over 750 team members.

Led operating district for FedEx Kinko's based in Indiana. District included 15 FedEx Kinko's Print Centers led by Store Managers and over 150 team members.
