With close to 15 years of working experience, I am a result oriented and pragmatic digital product manager with a mission to create innovative and customer-centric solutions that enable Polestar's direct-to-consumer business model. I have an extensive background in leading digital product development, digital transformation and management consulting, and I enjoy working with diverse and talented teams that challenge me and help me to grow. I am currently leading five digital product teams at Polestar, responsible for the digital enablement of test drive, space (Retail) experience, space (Retail) establishment, space (Retail) operations, and sales of services & owners (car) manuals.In my previous role as a program manager for Polestar's customer-facing digital landscape solution, I led a team of over 160 business analysts, architects, UX-designers and developers in charge of creating Polestar's digital presence from start to end of the sales funnel, front end to back end, using a decoupled, serverless Amazon Web Services architecture and solution. I managed interactions with Polestar digital management and stakeholders, secured deliveries and a good culture, handled change management, staffing and talent retention. I have also worked as a management consultant at Vinngroup and Preera (now Vergenta). These experiences have helped me develop my skills in leadership, digital transformation, business development, product management, project management, change management and agile methodologies.
