Sign project information sheet in the file and accept responsibility for all aspects of the project from the launch forward.Establish and maintain communication with our customers.Complete or direct all submittal responses, RFI’s, and change orders, as necessary.Establish and maintain a project schedule combining all jobs under management.Complete all paperwork necessary to start a project prior to the crews showing up on-site, including: electrical permits, dig permits, utility location services, and site specific safety requirements.Create FBOM based on latest design and job-site specifics and submit project material requests for purchasing at the appropriate time.Communicate with the crew assigned to complete the work on the project to ensure they fully understand the contract documents, specifications, drawings and man-hour goals. Provide for the logistical support, tools, equipment, and layout as needed to ensure 100% productivity when an installation tech arrives on-site. Continuously monitor progress of the work while crews are onsite to update our customers and ensure project estimates are being met.Ensure that crews are documenting the project correctly and quality control paperwork. Review all documents, pictures, submitted daily for potential code or workmanship issues and correct if necessary.
