Completed implementation of all financial, order fulfillment, warehouse management and manufacturing systems for the corporation, including the European subsidiary.

Directed a 50-person team to deliver a full range of information services, including computer operations, application support and development, PC and LAN support, and business information planning. Led a large-scale project to replace all outdated information systems with new state-of-the-art technology and business processes based on best practices. The primary goal of this initiative was to reengineer the business to drive out costs and improve service to customers.

Directed a 40-person team to provide application support and enhancement services for a multi-vendor, multi-function application portfolio. Directed multiple external consulting groups responsible for approximately $5 million in annual expenditures. Also developed and implemented the processes and procedures necessary to ensure timely delivery of high quality service, including an ROI-justified business initiated request for service process, the creation of business-based steering committees, and the development of SLAs with the business. Proposed and drove a comprehensive process management program for information services using a top down strategic approach. Emphasis was placed on improving cross-functional processes and integrating “best practices”.
